COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — There’s a new innovative way to get fit in Collierville.

acording to a news release, The Collierville Parks has installed a QR Fit Trail system that provides exercisers on-demand training videos.

All you need is a smartphone with a QR code scanner and your tennis shoes.

Collierville Parks told WREG that six signs have been placed along the greenbelt in Cox Park that focus on your core, flexibility, upper body and lower body.

When you reach one of these signs, you scan the QR code for the level of difficulty you want and the fitness routine.

A video will instantly pop up, guiding you through the moves.

Park officials said the program will offer new routines and types of exercises each month.

Cox Park is located at 440 West Powell Road.
