(Memphis) This holiday season one Memphis Company is working to give back to local children.
Agape North, which is a shirt company, will provide one uniform shirt to a local school with the purchase of any of their shirts.
“For people that are looking for a gift this year for Christmas and they want to find something that is giving back to a kid that lives maybe 15 minutes away from you. You’re really helping a child fulfill their dreams because there are kids that are skipping school or not fitting in because they can’t afford a uniform. That’s a terrible situation and you can give a gift that has meaning this year,” said Agape North owner Joe Williams.
Agape North is working with the Junior League of Memphis to provide uniform shirts to the students at Cornerstone Prep in the Lester Community. For every shirt that is purchase at agapenorth.com, the company will donate one shirt to the school.
“We started donate internationally and then I honestly realized there is such a need here in Memphis. I’m born and raised here, I want to make sure that I give back to this city,” said Williams.
The shirts range in price from $25-$80 in price. No matter how much you spend a shirt will be donated.
