Key Lime Mustard

Bring a little island breeze to Memphis with this tangy sauce. Normally, key limes are used for desserts, but we’re adding a twist to your typical mustard to create this slider sauce. With only three ingredients, it couldn’t get any easier!

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup of key lime juice
salt and pepper

Steps:
Simply combine the Dijon mustard and key lime juice and mix in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Tip: Not only does this key lime mustard make an amazing burger condiment, but you can also use this sauce as a grilling marinade to add a distinctive flavor to any meat.

Spicy Peach BBQ Sauce
A burger bar in Memphis wouldn’t be complete without barbeque sauce! Were taking bbq sauce to an entirely new level of spicy and sweet. This is our spicy peach bbq sauce – a delicious addition any steamer!

Ingredients:
½ cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup of peach preserves
1/8 teaspoon of sriracha

Combine all ingredients into a container and stir until well combined!
Tip: When making your own sauces, make sure to taste to ensure the right amount of flavor and spice to your liking.

Mango Salsa
Salsa is a really versatile sauce, but go beyond your typical tomato base and create a really refreshing mango salsa to top your steamers with.

Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1 medium red bell pepper
I medium seeded and diced jalapeno
1 small red onion
salt to taste
chopped cilantro

Steps:
Dice the mango into small pieces, add to bowl
Seed and dice jalapeno – for a little kick, leave a few seeds
Add rest of the ingredients to the bowl
Mix well with spatula
Tip: Set in fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors really set in
Tip: Make this or any of the sauces ahead of time and place in a mason jar for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or freeze for up to one month.

Nutter Butter Milkquake
This is our version of a peanut butter pie into a milkquake. What makes this milkquake so delicious is the combination of real ice cream and Nutter Butter cookie crumbles that gives this shake a great texture.

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
¼ cup of chocolate syrup
8 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed

Steps:
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high speed for 2 minute
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Tip: Make this shake extra peanut buttery by adding a spoons of your favorite peanut butter or peanut butter syrup.
