(Memphis) Darius Lang testified for nearly 5 hours Thursday in the custody battle over his three daughters with fallen Memphis police officer Martoiya Lang.
Lang told the court about his criminal history, financial stability and his household.
Lang’s current girlfriend took the stand. Court will resume Friday afternoon where the Judge hopes to wrap up the case.
Darius Lang said in court that he had to call 911 around 1 Thursday morning when one of his daughter’s left the house and would not come back inside.
Memphis Police officers intervened and took Lang’s two oldest daughters to a grand parent’s home for the night.
