(Memphis) Police are searching for suspects in connection with a deadly shooting overnight in the Orange Mound neighborhood.

Around 11 p.m. Thursday, police were called to the corner of Park Ave. and Grand St.

When officers arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds outside the offices of the Orange Mound Development Corporation.

They found his car across the street at a convenience store but police aren’t yet sure where the shooting took place.

The victim was taken to the MED where he later died.

While police were investigating the shooting, a man was struck and killed by an SUV two blocks away at Park and Airways.

Witnesses told police that the man was trying to get a better look at what was going on down the street at Park and Grand.

Police say the driver stayed at the scene and won’t face any charges.
