DESOTO COUNTY, Miss. — DeSoto County Sheriff Bill Rasco confirms Christopher Hooker, 35, was arrested Saturday night for smuggling a cell phone into the jail. Rasco says Hooker has been fired.
He’s charged with furnishing a weapon, unauthorized electronic device, cell phone or contraband to prisoners.
