TUNICA COUNTY, Miss. — Casino Center Drive will be closed for several hours after a gas leak, according to the Tunica County Sheriff Department.

The sheriff’s department said a company that was drilling hit a gas line. County officials are not sure at this time what company it was.

Deputies are on the scene to block off the area. Traffic is being rerouted to Old Highway 61.

The sheriff’s department estimates the closure could last for about four hours as workers repair the leak.
