MEMPHIS, Tenn. — John Vernon Dowtin IV of Bon Lin Middle School is this week’s Tennessee Lottery Educator of the Week.
John teaches sixth, seventh and eighth grade and says what he loves most about teaching is, “The relationship with students and players.”
