(Memphis) Forbes’ annual list of the world’s 100 most powerful women is out.

Topping the list for the third straight year, German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Brazilian president Dilma Rouseff is number two.

Rounding out the top five, Melinda Gates, wife of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, First Lady Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton.
