MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A former Millington reserve officer now faces a federal indictment for child porn..
Rickie Friar, 66, has been indicted on multiple charges for possessing and producing child pornography.
According to the indictment, between July 2013 and July of 2015, Friar created various images and videos of six young girls engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Friar is also accused of taking one of the minors between Tennessee and Oklahoma for sexual activity.
In Shelby County, he’s already facing charges ranging from aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Friar remains in the Shelby County jail on $6 million bond.
