FORREST CITY, Ark. — Authorities no longer need help identifying the woman caught on camera abusing an infant.
The video was too violent to post, but an image of the suspect was released by police.
After obtaining information, WREG did some digging and discovered the horrifying video was first posted over a year ago from countries around the world. We immediately notified the Forrest City Police Department.
