NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Agriculture has issued a public advisory involving two varieties of frozen vegetables sold in the state.

Lab tests found traces of Listeria Monocytogenes in Cascadian Farm Organic Cut Green Beans and Wylwood-Super Sweet Whole Kernel Corn.

The 10-ounce bag of green beans was distributed by Small Planet Foods, Inc. and has the code 11APR2016 or 10APR2016 on it.

The 16-ounce package of corn was sold at Save-A-Lot Foods and can be identified by the Best By date of June 2017 and code K51564.

If you have a bag, return it to the store for a full refund.
