(Memphis) The Memphis Area Transit Authority has set up a memorial fund in honor of Chantel Sanders.
Sanders was killed in a crash on I-240 near South Parkway on May 14th.
Her son, Marquel Downey, graduates from high school this year.
The memorial fund will be used to help his grandmother, Linda Carr, pay for his college expenses.
