(Lake Mary, FL) Lake Mary, Florida police confirmed they took George Zimmerman into ‘investigative custody’ Monday.

Police in the town, which is next to Sanford, FL, said Zimmerman and two other people were involved in a ‘domestic incident.’

In a 911 call, Zimmerman’s wife Shellie, said her husband punched her father in the nose and had his hand on his gun several times.

Last week, Zimmerman’s wife filed for divorce.

Several hours after all three were questioned, police said George Zimmerman would not be charged and his wife and father-in-law did not want to press charges.

Earlier this summer, Zimmerman was found not guilty in the death of Trayvon Martin.

Since then he has been credited with helping pull a family from an overturned vehicle, was stopped for speeding once and issued a warning then given a ticket for speeding on a separate occasion.
