(Memphis) Help for some pet owners in one part of Memphis.
The Mid-South Spay and Neuter Services got a $70,000 grant for spay and neuter surgeries and rabies vaccinations in the 38105 zip code.
The money came from PetSmart Charities.
In lieu of a co-payment, the organization is accepting “pay what you can” contributions from those in that zip code to help pay the full amount.
