(Memphis) Memphis Grizzles’ guard Josh Selby is known for his play on the hardwood but Thursday he was recognized for a big assist off the court.
Selby’s Foundation teamed up with The Samaritan’s Feet Initiative at FedEx Forum where volunteers from both organizations handed out athletic shoes to 200 area children in need.
Selby and more than 100 volunteers also washed the children’s feet before lacing up their new kicks as a sign of compassion.
