MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A little girl who lost her family and was badly burned in a fire is getting her Christmas wish to come true.
Safyre Terry survived an arson attack at her home in upstate New York in 2013.
This year, she asked people to send her Christmas cards. So far, she’s received nearly half a million from around the world.
The Memphis Grizzlies even got involved, sending her a card and a care package with the team jerseys, hats and more.
Some of the other goodies that arrived this week were items from the cast of NCIS, singer Michael Buble and another NBA team, the Boston Celtics.
