(Memphis) A Memphis man admits to taking certification tests for Mid-South teachers in exchange for cash.
Jeryl Shaw pleaded guilty in Federal Court on Friday.
Shaw told a judge he took three tests for others about two years ago.
He has never been a teacher.
Nearly 30 people have been indicted in the cheating scam that dates back to 1995.
Five have now pleaded guilty to the charges.
