(Memphis) A Memphis woman has pled guilty to her role in a teacher certification cheating scandal.
42-year old Felippia Kellogg admits to getting paid to take certification tests on behalf of teachers in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.
She told investigators she earned about $800 per test for a total of about $4,000.
It was all paid to her by the accused ringleader of the cheating operation, Clarence Mumford, Sr.
More than a dozen others have been indicted on similar charges.
Investigators say the ring had been in operation from 1995 to at least March of 2010.
