(Los Angeles, CA) Retailers are looking to make big bucks this Halloween after some low sales last year.

Market analysts say retailers are likely to see a 10.7% improvement on sales of costumes,  candy, and decorations.

Costumes make up the majority of Halloween spending, accounting for almost $3 billion.

But buyer beware, sugar prices are up almost 12%, so candy for trick-or-treaters will be more expensive.
