Health Department gives tips to beat the heat

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Health Department said they have started to receive reports of people being sent to local hospitals due to the heat.

They have urged everyone in the Mid-South to learn the symptoms of heat exhaustion which are fatigue, weakness, fainting, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, muscle cramps and irritability.
