BALTIMORE, Md. — Americans want healthier options at restaurants and the big chains are listening!
A new study from Johns Hopkins looked at 66 large chains and found the menu items introduced in 2013 had 12 percent fewer calories on average than the previous year.
That comes down to about 60 fewer calories per item, and experts say can make a big difference.
