MT. PLEASANT, Miss. — The husband of a woman killed in a fire in Marshall County has been indicted on one count of murder by a Grand Jury.

The fire broke out in late January at a house on Carey Chapel Road west of State Highway 311.

Firefighters found Lisa Holloway inside the house.

Jim Holloway was charged with capital murder.

We were told the couple was in the process of divorcing and Lisa Holloway had gone to the house to pick up some clothes.

The couple previously owned the Gemini Grocery about a half mile away from their home.

Holloway was taken into custody in Collierville and didn’t fight extradition to Mississippi.
