(Memphis) Hyundai and Kia are recalling almost two million vehicles because of a problem with brake lights and air bags. In several Kia models, the brake lights may not illuminate because of a faulty switch.
There’s a support bracket in the air bags of 2011-2013 Elantras that could come loose when the air bag deploys, which could then lead to lacerations.
The Korean automakers will notify owners by May and dealers will fix the problem for free.
