MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The ramp from I-240 to Nashville has reopened. Tuesday, a truck got stuck in the construction area causing traffic to be backed up on I-240 east. Crews had to move the concrete dividers on the side of the road away from the truck in order for it to squeeze through.
