Just days after the mayor held a news conference linking the new summer jobs program to his Anti-Youth Violence Plan, some on the city council started crying foul.

The most vocal was Shea Flinn who said the mayor was against Councilwoman Wanda Halbert’s plan originally.

Flinn used some pretty strong language on his Twitter account.

Is the criticism justified and what will be the fallout with the voters, if any?
