(Guntown, MS) The FBI says Adam Mayes could be anywhere in the country.

But after more than one hundred interviews, multiple agencies are searching the Guntown Area with all resources available.

Dozens of investigators searched the wooded area about four miles from Mayes home on County Road 172.

Crews used dogs crews but were very guarded about the search.

They say witness interviews and evidence keep bringing them back to the area around the Mayes trailer.

“We believe that he may be in this area and we are going to run that theory down to the very end,” said FBI Special Agent in Charged Daniel McMullen.

The FBI believes Alexandria and Kyliyah Bain are still alive and with Mayes.

In an Affidavit Against Adam & Teresa Mayes, Teresa Mayes said she watched her husband kill Jo Ann Bain and 14-year-old Adrienne so he could kidnap the two girls.

This is one of the reasons the FBI believes the girls are still alive.

The FBI hopes the addition of Mayes to their national Ten Most Wanted List will cause people around the country to be on the look out. Investigators say they will follow every tip that comes in.

The FBI says Mayes could be anywhere and if you have any information you’re asked to call 1-800 TBI FIND.

So far there is $175,000 in reward money.
