(Plano, TX) A program to help kids get free haircuts will now be a mainstay at J.C. Penney.
There was such a good response to the department stores’ “Free Haircuts for Kids” campaign, it will now be a permanent offer every Sunday starting November 4th.
Children in grades kindergarten through sixth grade are eligible.
Call your local J.C. Penney ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
