(Memphis) Memphis Police are combing the city to find the source of a horrifying picture showing a toddler engaged in a sexual act with an adult man.

So far one person, Thaddeus Matthews has been charged for distributing the picture and the attorney general’s office say’s if you aren’t careful you could be next.

Matthews calls himself the ‘baddest man on the radio,’ but others are just calling him bad after he posted a child porn picture on his Facebook page.

Police are calling him a criminal and charged him with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

“Why would you post that if you knew it was sick like that? You wouldn’t do it! Would you do it? He’s a sick individual,” said one concerned citizen.

Matthews claims he was trying to help bring attention to the picture and identify the people involved.

Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich says she can’t say much because it’s an ongoing investigation, but wants you to hear this, “Do not pass it on t somebody. You’re committing a crime if you forward the image to anybody. So if you think you’re helping by doing that you’re not and you’re committing a felony.”

Weirich says someone could face up to twelve years just for sending the picture, “The best thing you can do is delete it and call law enforcement and let them come in and do their investigation. Off you really want to help that’s what you can do.”

Weirich says child pornography is more common than you might think, and the proof is the picture that started the whole controversy when it went viral across the city in a matter of days.
