Sheriff: More arrests to come in Holly Bobo murder

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — The family of Holly Bobo released a statement Tuesday afternoon.

Attorney Steve Farese read a statement written by family members where they said they are glad to know Holly is at peace and that those “responsible have lost their souls.”

Bobo’s remains were found in Decatur County Sunday by two men.

A Nashville-based forensic team is at the site today.

The 20-year-old nursing student was last seen April 13, 2011, by her brother, who told authorities he saw Bobo following a man in hunting clothes into the woods near the family home in Darden.

Zachary Adams faces kidnapping and felony murder charges for Bobo’s death.

Jason Autry is also charged with first-degree felony murder and especially aggravated kidnapping.

Decatur County Sheriff Keith Byrd said more arrests are coming.

“They can run, but they can’t hide,” he said.

Byrd said new information will “drastically change how the district attorney pursues the case.”
