MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphian and local legend Wanda Wilson died Friday night at Methodist University Hospital after battling with several illness and respiratory problem for many years.

Wilson was the former owner of P & H Cafe on Madison Avenue. Current owner Robert Fortner says a celebration will be held for Wilson at the cafe but a date has not been give.

Visitation will be from 1-4pm Sunday, and High Point Funeral Home and the service will be at 3pm Tuesday at Iron Hill Pentecostal Church in Parsons, Tennessee.

A public memorial is supposed to be taken place at 4:30pm on Valentines Day at the Playhouse on the Square.
