MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A West Memphis, Arkansas man is jailed on a $1 million bond for child pornography charges, while he was on probation for a similar case last year.

The Crittenden County Jail log shows Jonathan Sparrow, 27, was arrested March 4 on a charge of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexual conduct involving a child.

WREG wrote about Sparrow last July, when he was charged with 45 counts of possessing visual print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He pleaded not guilty to 41 of those charges.

According to court records, Sparrow negotiated a plea deal on four counts last October, and was sentenced to 120 months probation, 60 of them supervised.
