UPDATE: As of 1:33 PM, traffic is flowing normally on I-240 and S. Parkway.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police have advised drivers that parts of Interstate 240 near South Parkway are down to one lane of traffic pending a crash investigation.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident in the area before 11 a.m. Monday. Police are working to clear the road of debris.
MPD said no injuries have been reported at this time.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area and find alternate routes at this time. There is no current ETA for when traffic will return to normal.
