MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was found shot on I-55 at the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge Sunday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department.

MPD says that at 9:15 a.m., they located the man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

There is no suspect information available at this time.

The incident caused all westbound lanes on I-55 at the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge to close. As of 12:30 p.m., the Tennessee Department of Transportation says that all lanes are back open.
