MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man has been charged after threatening a person and headbutting two officers, the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office said.

Michael Mitchell, 33, is charged with Aggravated Burglary, two counts of Assault on a First Responder, Domestic Assault, and Resisting Official Detention.

According to the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office, Mitchell’s bond has been raised from $20,000 to $50,000.

According to the district attorney’s office, Mitchell vandalized the victim’s vehicle, and he chased and threatened the victim. He then forced entry into the victim’s home and assaulted two officers by pushing, kicking, and head-butting them.

The district attorney’s office says he also kicked out the window of a police car following his arrest.
