MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was injured and later died on Saturday after a shooting on Beale Street, Memphis Police said.

MPD responded to a man-down call around 3:25 a.m. Saturday and found a man who had been shot.

The man was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police do not have suspect information available at this time.
