MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was left severely injured after an overnight shooting in North Memphis, Memphis Police confirm.

Officers say they arrived at a shooting call just before 1:50 a.m. in the 2200 block of Clayton Avenue. One person was found suffering from injuries at the scene.

They were then taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.

At this time, it is still unclear who fired the shots. But this is still an ongoing investigation.
