MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman is dead, and three others, including a child, are injured after a shooting in South Memphis Thursday evening.
Officers responded to the shooting in the 1300 block of Quinn Avenue at 6:43 p.m.
Police say a woman and a juvenile girl were located on the scene with apparent gunshot wounds. The woman was pronounced dead on the scene, and the girl was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Police later said that two additional women were injured in the shooting. They were transported to an area hospital in non-critical condition.

Police say preliminary information shows that this was a targeted incident, and the victim and suspects know each other.
