Officers say a man was standing on the back of a truck when he fell and was struck. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

“They were headed straight towards me and so I started zigzagging trying not to get hit by this car. So, they smack the back of me and I fly off the bike,” she said.
Luckily, Armour is now recovering, but she wants her story and the most recent victim’s story to be a reminder to drivers.
“Stay off your phones and just be very vigilant,” said Armour.
It is still unclear why the victim was standing on the back of the truck.
This is an ongoing investigation.
