Police say the victim was wearing gloves, a large black bubble jacket, and black pants. A black face mask was also found on the ground beside him.

While checking the area around the home, officers found a black bag in the front yard with what appeared to be tools inside and a power drill a few feet away.

The man allegedly told police that he did not know who shot him, where the shooting took place, or what he was doing at the time of the shooting. He was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.
