“You have the senior citizens who are here and they are scared to come outside because it’s so much chaos, it’s so much drama, it’s so much negativity,” said a neighbor. “I’m scared and feel like nothing is going to get done.”

This neighbor said she is fearful that neighbors will no longer watch out for each other like they once did because of the ongoing crime. She’s also fearful regarding what she considers to be a lack of accountability from those living in the city, as well as from city leaders.
