Man accused of flashing students in front of White Station High

MEMPHIS,  Tenn. — A Memphis man is facing charges of indecent exposure and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor after he allegedly flashed two female students at White Station High.

Last week Lee Rayford, Jr, 46, was in a Jaguar in front of the school without his pants on, police said.

Two high school students told investigators Rayford called them over to his car and when they saw he was half-naked they contacted school administrators.

A vice principal was able to get a car tag number and they were able to track down Rayford.

Parents were glad to hear Rayford was locked up, but shocked that something like that happened right in front of the school.

“Pervert needs to be put in jail and they need to throw away the key,” said Stacey Garcia.

School administrators told police they had received numerous complaints about Rayford before.

Court records showed he was arrested in 2009 for exposing himself to women near the University of Memphis.

His bond was set at $20,000.
