MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is behind bars Sunday after a woman says she was assaulted in the Raleigh area.
According to investigators, the victim says she was sexually assaulted by several men and one woman.
The victim says she kept blacking out at a party Saturday night on Longmeadow Drive.
She was only able to identify 22-year-old Richard Colbert, Jr. as one of her attackers.
Colbert is now charged with aggravated rape and will be in court on Monday.
