(Lowndes County, MS) A Mississippi man is in jail on drug charges after investigators caught him trying to eat crack cocaine.
On Thursday, agents with the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit served a search warrant on Harris Drive.
Deputies found Michael Anthony Guyton in a back room attempting to eat the crack cocaine.
Guyton was arrested after investigators tried to remove some of the drugs from his mouth.
He was then taken to the hospital for treatment.
Agents say they found more crack cocaine and powder cocaine inside the home.
Guyton is in jail charged with cocaine possession.
