(Memphis) An East Memphis man is accused of creating his own child porn and abusing one of his victims for 11 years.

Police say Steven Davis forced his victim to create pornographic images and videos for that entire time.

He lived across the street from a Kingsbury High School on N. Graham.

It’s a crime difficult to believe.

“I don`t think that`s true. That can`t be true. Nobody would do that,” said Davis’ Next Door Neighbor Anthony Burrough.

Police say a man who lives in a house with an American flag and yellow ribbon outside was making pornography with a young girl for so many years the charges take-up six pages.

Investigators say they found 500 images of child porn on Davis’ computer and about half of them were of him and his young victim.

They say the abuse went on from the time the victim was six until she was 17 years old.

“Many, many years of torture she went through,” said Neighbor Weldon Reeves.

Reeves says he’s only seen Davis in passing and only knew something was wrong when police cars lined-up Tuesday on N. Graham.

Police say Davis originally became a suspect in August when an undercover cop traced an on online video of a naked child dancing on a pool table back to this house.

Then Tuesday, when they executed a search warrant, officers they say they found images of Davis having sex with two minor children.

It’s a crime tough to think about.

“It’s sickening, isn’t it?” said Reeves. “It definitely is.”

With 225 charges of sexual exploiting a minor, and rape, the judge decided to give Davis a $950,000 bond.
