MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man captured on camera punching and kicking a Kroger employee last year has been indicted on two felony counts.
Raheem Richardson, 19, is facing aggravated riot and acting in concert to wit: aggravated assault.
Richardson was one of a large group of people who rioted in the Poplar Plaza parking lot at Poplar and Highland Street.
In the video, he was seen attacking an employee until the man was knocked unconscious.
If convicted, Richardson could face 8 to 30 years behind bars.
Eight other juveniles were charged in connection to the attack.
