Man indicted for rape of Holly Bobo

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — A man already charged in the murder of Holly Bobo has now been indicted for her rape.

John Dylan Adams,26, of Holliday is charged with getting rid of evidence in the murder and kidnapping of Bobo in April 2011.

Prosecutors charged Adams with two counts of rape and say he admitted to raping her the day she disappeared.

The attack happened at a home on Adams Lane in Holliday.

Adams is in the Robertson County jail without bond.

Adams is the brother of Zach Adams, who is charged with felony murder and aggravated kidnapping charges in Holly Bobo’s death.

Jason Autry, 39, has been indicted on charges of especially aggravated kidnapping and first degree felony murder.

Brothers Jeffrey and Mark Pearcy are charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact.

Prosecutors have also been seeking an indictment against Shayne Austin who was previously granted immunity.

The TBI is looking into claims a video tape exists of Bobo tied-up after her disappearance.

Bobo was last seen April 13, 2011 at her home in Decatur County.

The TBI identified her remains September 8.
