MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Several weeks after a man was found dead in north Memphis, police are asking for the public’s help to bring his killer(s) to justice.
According to authorities, Rayner Smart was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 700 block of North Dunlap Street. The 39-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene by first responders.
So far, no arrests have been made in the case.
