CORINTH, Miss. — Police in Corinth are investigating a fatal shooting that may have been part of a robbery.
It happened Wednesday night in a home in the 1400 block of Tate Street.
Police said a woman found her fiance, Paul Lavender, 49, dead in the bedroom when she came home around 10:30 p.m.
She also told police some things were taken.
A witness saw two suspects running away from the home.
