MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland announced he’s appointed Carolyn Watkins to the vacant position of the Memphis Municipal Court Judge, Division One.
Her appointment is subject to city council approval.
According to the mayor’s announcement, Carolyn has been a lawyer for over 30 years with Shelby County Government and the Public Defender’s Office.
